Copy the rows below into a private note or spreadsheet. Track cash purchases separately from token consumption so you do not count the same money twice. This is a reusable blank tracker, not a record of anyone's actual spending.

Record purchases when authorized and update their status when settled. Do not treat a promised refund as received. Avoid storing card numbers, security codes, legal names or identifying session details in this file.
Token or credit ledger

For each row, closing balance equals opening balance plus purchased credits, bonus credits and signed adjustments, minus tips and show charges. Record a credit refund as an adjustment; record a cash refund in the cash log. Do not combine token balances across sites.
Review without double counting
- Net cash outflow equals cash paid minus cash refunds received. Compare that figure with the weekly cash limit.
- Match the closing balance to the platform's history. Explain discrepancies before another purchase; note pending charges rather than silently changing a row to make it fit.
- Write one useful observation: “I made an unplanned top-up” is more actionable than “bad value.” Choose a smaller allowance, fewer visits or a pause next week.
